1. Service Description
Amnafi Gambia is a premium retailer offering curated international fashion and lifestyle products with local inventory in The Gambia. We provide immediate delivery services for items that are currently in-stock at our local showroom.
2. Payments & Pricing
All prices listed are in Gambian Dalasi (GMD). We accept Wave, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery. For some high-value items, a deposit may be required before delivery is scheduled.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or returns within 48 hours of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. Delivery fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon receipt.
4. Liability
Amnafi is not responsible for delays caused by international shipping carriers, customs clearance in The Gambia, or errors made by the retailer in fulfillment. We will, however, do our best to resolve any issues that arise during the process.
