1. Service Description
Amnafi Gambia acts as a third-party intermediary service that facilitates the purchase and shipping of items from international retailers (including Shein, Amazon, eBay, PrettyLittleThing, and Fashion Nova) to The Gambia. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with these retailers.
2. Payments & Exchange Rates
All payments must be made in full before an order is processed. We use a fixed exchange rate (currently D75 per $1) which includes international transaction fees and currency conversion costs. This rate is subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the international nature of our service, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or if you change your mind. Refunds are only issued if an item is out of stock at the time of ordering or if the order is cancelled by the retailer.
4. Liability
Amnafi is not responsible for delays caused by international shipping carriers, customs clearance in The Gambia, or errors made by the retailer in fulfillment. We will, however, do our best to resolve any issues that arise during the process.
